CONGOMA, first established in 1992, is a membership umbrella body for NGOs in Malawi. The NGO Bill passed into law by Parliament in 2000 legally designated CONGOMA in Section 24 as the NGO coordinating body and charged it with the responsibility to represent and promote the collective interest of NGOs in Malawi. |
