Malawi SDNP, a licensed and fully operational ISP in Malawi, needs to install a receive only VSAT solution at one of its regional Internet nodes located in Lilongwe, Malawi. We would like to start with a down link speed of 256 kbps. The uplink will be via a leased line to our already fully functional full duplex VSAT link in Blantyre, Malawi.

We are looking for a reliable VSAT system supplier that would fully specify and supply the complete solution. This includes:

1. Specifications for a VSAT antenna. We would like to get a quotation for a receive only VSAT antenna. The supplier should indicate any specific requirements if a receive only antenna were to be supplied by a different supplier.
2. Outdoor unit specifications and quote for supply.
3. All required cable specifications and quote for supplying them.
4. Indoor unit specifications and quote for supply.
5. Internet connectivity specifications, start-up and monthly charges for a 1 year and a 3 year contract. We would like to get quotations for both 128 kbps and 256 kbps down link on each contract duration.
6. Specify how the supplier's Internet network is set-up world wide with a view to satisfy reliability and support services to such an installation in Malawi.
7. Requirements for working with a different up-link service provider.
8. Installation arrangements and charges.
9. Any shipping charges.
