Malawi SDNP would like to sincerely apologise to its valued clients for the service outage of more than 8 hours from around 2pm on 15 October 2004. We would like to inform you that this outage was caused, singularly, by an ESCOM singular power outage to Malawi SDNP and the surrounding Polytechnic area in Blantyre. Our many pleas, our complaints, our explanations and our attempts to ESCOM to have power restored in good time or rotated more fairly were singularly ignored by ESCOM.
