The Independent Assessors will use the following guidelines to facilitate  their marking of the student’s research reports:

  The members of BUSPA shall use the following guidelines to mark the student’s oral presentations:

APPENDIX 3:      PROCEDURE FOR SUBMITTING APPLICATIONS AND PROCESSING

 

 

(a)BUSPA committee to advertise in papers and Faculties outlining requirement for application.

(b)Faculty to submit up to 3 best Projects from each Department (using eligibility criteria).

(c) Application form to be certified/endorsed by Supervisor, Head of Department and Dean of Faculty.

(d) Applications to be submitted to BUSPA Secretariat by the Deans.

(e)  Secretariat to send each eligible application (all documentation) to 5 independent assessors identified by the BUSPA committee.

(f) BUSPA committee to select best five (5) students, best Science Department and Faculty using appropriate criteria.

(g BUSPA committee will recommend the names in (f) above to

(h) Science Competitions Committee.
