of HENRY DAMA PHOYA, it is hereby ORDERED that the Application for Leave
to Apply for Judicial Review concerning the placing and renewal of the
Restriction Notice by the Respondent on motor vehicles the subject of a
contract between the Applicant and the Government of the Republic of Malawi
