LEADERS IN WORKSHOP SUBJECT AREAS

In order to have focussed sessions at the workshop, leaders have been chosen to prepare a paper on specific policy areas. It is expected that these leaders will make an openning presentation on the policy area to lead the discussion in the specific area. A group willl then be formed to discuss issues, policy, plans and strategies in this area and come up with recommendations for the policy, plans and strategy.

The leaders have been requested to prepare a paper.

Access Policy	The Malawi SDNP Coordinator  asisted by  Economic Commission for Africa
Content Policy	The Director, Censorship Board  assited by  Law Commissioner
Training Policy	The Director, Department of Human Resource Management and Development (DHRMD)  assisted by  The Principal, The Polytechnic
