configuring OUTLOOK EXPRESS

open outook expreess
click on tools menu, then go to Accounts
In the Internet Accounts window click mail tab then click on Add(on the list click on mail)
In the internet connection wizard window, enter your name then click next
Enter your e-mail adress, then click next
Incoming mail server ia a: Enter POP3
Incoming POP mail server : Enter bokosi1.sdnp.org.mw
Outgoing mail(SMTP): Enter kalata1.sdnp.org.mw click next
Enter your account name and password click next and then click finish


configuring MICROSOFT OUTLOOK

open ms outook 
click on tools menu, then go to E-mail accounts
click on the Add a new e-mail account radio button, click next
click on the POP3 radio button, click next
Enter user information, logon Information
On server information
Incoming POP mail server : Enter bokosi1.sdnp.org.mw
Outgoing mail(SMTP): Enter kalata1.sdnp.org.mw click next
Click finish

Dial Up configuaration

Start -> control pannel -> network and internet connections ->create a comnection for the 
network at your work place ->dial up connection, next -> Malawi SDNP ->211,1874900 for prepaid accounts
or 01874900 for postpaid accounts, next-> finish
